All U.S. trade activities comply with applicable federal export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) import requirements. UAE operations comply with UAE Federal Law on Commercial Transactions and applicable DIFC/ADGM regulations. Coffee imports into the U.S. are subject to FDA prior notice requirements and facility registration under the Bioterrorism Act.
